Conference hotels
ETFA 2008 has secured hotel room contingents at special rates for the conference period at several hotels, located either in the centre of Hamburg (hotels 1 to 4) or in the east of Hamburg, closer to the conference venue (hotel 5), see map at the bottom of the page. All these 5 hotels will be serviced by a bus shuttle during the conference days.

Please use the keyword "ETFA 2008" when booking in one of these hotels.
Due to the high demand for hotel rooms in Hamburg, it will be wise to book your accommodation as early as you know that you will attend the conference. Once the room contingents are exhausted, further bookings are subject to availability at the hotels.

Other hotels
As an alternative, you may make your individual hotel reservation by using one of the online services such as HRS, Hotel.de, Hamburg Travel, or Hamburg tourism. Please note that the conference takes place in the eastern part of Hamburg, but you may use any hotel, e.g. in the city center, with a reasonable connection to public transport to reach the conference. For information about public transport in Hamburg see the web site of HVV.
Please note that only the conference hotels will be serviced by bus-shuttles throughout the conference duration. Bus shuttle timetable is available here.
