1. 1.All types of registration fees (excluding "students not presenting papers") include admission to the industry day presentations and discussions, one conference proceedings CD, entrance to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, conference dinner, welcome reception and farewell reception.
   

2. 2.Approval letter, signed by the head of the department, must accompany the registration form of students.

General terms and conditions

1. Payment

Direct debit authorisation are only possible for participants with German bank accounts. Participants with non-German bank accounts can only pay by credit card.

Our general terms and conditions apply, which you accept with the booking order.

All bank charges must be covered by the participants directly.

Credit card

Please indicate on the registration form your credit card organisation, credit card number, expiry date, CVC-number (last 3 digits on reverse of the card) and name of card holder. The total amount of the registration will be charged to your credit card at the next possible date.

2. Signature

The signature on the registration form is essential, otherwise your registration cannot be processed.

3. Cancellations

Registered conference participants who cancel their registration will receive no refunds.

If the registered participant will be unable to attend the conference, it is possible to name a replacement. The name change will be charged with EUR 50.00 per name.

The person replacing the participant has to pay the fee corresponding to his/her status and the differing amount will be charged.

4. Data protection notice

Our company handles all personal data according to the laws of paragraph 4 under the Federal Data Protection Act.

For your registration to the above mentioned congress the collecting, saving and processing of your personal data is imperative. This is done solely as a means to the organisation and completion of the event.

Your data will only be passed onto a third party, who is directly involved with the running of the Congress and when the organisational procedure makes this necessary (operator, hotel).

The legislator requires us to obtain your consent. The registration to this congress is not possible if we do not get this.

I hereby declare my consent that all the information made by me to my person within the handling of the above mentioned congress is filed, saved, processed and the demands made above can correspondingly be passed onto a third party.

5. Liability

INTERPLAN AG acts as an agent for each supplier and therefore cannot be held responsible for any deficiency in services provided by the suppliers. Exceptions to this are deficiencies in services occurring from acts which are deliberate or arising from gross carelessness, which will make INTERPLAN AG liable - restricted to each single case. The extent of liability is based on the original value of the services booked according to INTERPLAN's published offer.
