To avoid complications with your submission, we kindly ask you to read the information about formatting of your document.
General formatting information
Language
The working language of the conference is English.
Solicited papers
Two types of submissions are solicited:
- Long Papers - limited to 8 double column pages in a font no smaller than 10-points.
- Work-in-Progress and Industry practice - limited to 4 double column pages, in a font no smaller than 10-points.
An extra page fee of euro 100 for each page (up to two additional pages) will apply to any camera-ready version exceeding the page limit.

IEEE formatting guidelines and specifications
All submitted files must be in any PDF version from 1.4 (Acrobat 5) thru 1.7 (Acrobat 8). You can find information about the formatting specifications for IEEE Xplore at the following places:

IEEE PDF eXpress - a service to assist you
PDF eXpress is a service available for free. It helps IEEE conference authors to comply with the IEEE Xplore requirements for PDF files.
PDF eXpress provides:
- A simple way to compare author-made PDFs to the IEEE Xplore requirements.
- A robust PDF conversion engine to convert source application files to IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs.

Presenting you paper
Work-in-progress and industry practice papers will be presented in a continuous poster exhibition during the whole conference and 5min oral presentation time in a dedicated work-in-progress session. [Link]
